It is very simple, you will only need approximately 20 minutes to complete three simple steps:
1.- Wash, peel and clean all the ingredients well. Removing the seeds in the necessary cases and the garlic germ.
2.- Chop the ingredients and pour them all into a blender or food processor. Blend until you get a homogeneous soup. If you wish, you can even strain it to get a lump-free texture.
3.- Let it rest in the fridge for a few hours so that it is very cool, or if you are in a hurry, put it in the freezer and take it out when you see that it is very cold. Serve it up, add the optional accompaniment and it's ready to drink!
Now you just have to decide your favorite fruit to prepare it!
GAZPACHO WITH WATERMELON
Ingredients:

Ingredients:
500 grams of melon
1/2 clove of garlic
1 Italian green pepper
1 cucumber
1 small spring onion
50 grams of bread (optional, if you prefer it with bread)
EVOO
dash of apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste
Optional accompaniment:
diced ham
GAZPACHO WITH PEACH
Ingredients:
400 grams of plum tomatoes3 ripe peaches
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 cucumber
50 grams of bread (optional, if you prefer it with bread)
EVOO
dash of apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste
Additional: Water to taste to adjust thickness, if necessary, add at the end.
